I like to move in sport, in life and in the gym. There is no piece of equipment in the gym that I haven’t used effectively in some capacity. Therefore, if there is a piece of equipment in the gym that you would like to use or is applicable to your goal, I can definitely teach you how to use it effectively.
If you would like to train at home, there’s no need for you to purchase equipment, as I can bring a whole gym to you.
